Yogi Detox Tea/ Day 1 Smoothie

1st Snack: Boiled Eggs

2nd Snack: Hand full of unsalted nuts

Lunch: Smoothie

I will have another snack plus the last 20 ounces of my smoothie for dinner. 

Workout: Zumba (1 hour)
